When you order an electric bike or scooter, you only pay a €9,90 service fee at checkout.
After placing your order, you will be sent an email with a payment link that you can use to pay the bike factory.
The payment link will be delivered within 24 hours of ordering.
We do not have a phone service. We are available on WhatsApp at +358 41 328 7145 daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
We usually respond quickly. If we can't respond immediately due to traffic, we'll get back to you within the same day.
The WhatsApp service helps new customers sign up, place an order, and communicate with the factory.
Our new Helsinki store will open in September–October. We are currently undergoing renovations. The exact address and opening date will be announced later.
The store is open 24/7, and orders can be placed as usual.
