The CMACEWHEEL T20 48V 18AH 20 INCH FATBIKE ELECTRIC BIKE is a dream come true for those who want to combine powerful performance and a flexible riding experience in electric cycling. This electric bike arrived at the official joint test point in Kruunuvuorenranta, Helsinki, where leading European manufacturers compare the latest models. The electric bike factory test team seized the opportunity and took the CMACEWHEEL T20 for a test ride right away. Getting on board was like an invitation to adventure, both in the urban jungle and on challenging trails.
On the gravel roads of the test site and in the hilly landscapes of Kruunuvuorenranta, the T20's 20-inch wide fat tires proved to be true champions. They bit into soft terrain and maintained enjoyable stability on the road, even on loose rocks and root-strewn paths. In city traffic, the bike moved nimbly, and the precise operation of the brakes provided additional safety in busy situations. The Shimano 7-speed transmission and 5-speed intelligent steering system enabled effortless climbing on the steep slopes of Kruunuvuori, where the motor's 500W power and 60 Nm torque helped maintain speed without pedaling feeling strenuous.
After the ride, the E-Bike Factory test team particularly emphasized the versatility of the T20. The battery lasted the test rides comfortably, and the 18Ah capacity provided a safe operating range even on longer trips. The bike was also easy to handle and pleasantly light at 32,7 kilograms, even though the frame is made of durable aluminum alloy. The IP65 rating ensures that rain won't stop your adventure.

When you buy an electric bike from us, you can be confident that everything has been made as easy as possible for you. Our electric bikes are 90% pre-assembled, which means you don't have to worry about complicated assembly steps. For the final assembly, you will receive all the necessary tools and clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure that your electric bike is ready to ride in just around 30 minutes.
However, if you need help at any stage, we’re here to help. You can contact us at any time, and we offer free video tutorials via WhatsApp to help you get started. If you still don’t want to assemble your e-bike yourself, you can also bring it to our store and we’ll assemble it for you – this service is also designed to keep the process easy and hassle-free.
The first maintenance should be done after about a month of riding or after the e-bike has been ridden for 100-300 kilometers. This initial maintenance includes a complete washing of the e-bike, a comprehensive check of the electrical components, brake and gear adjustments, spoke tightening, chain oiling, and a general condition check. This maintenance ensures that your e-bike is in top condition and ready for safe riding.
Annual maintenance includes even more comprehensive procedures: battery testing, drivetrain cleaning, tire inflation and replacement, chain oiling, and checks and updates to all electrical systems. We recommend annual maintenance regardless of how you use your e-bike, to keep it in top technical condition and safe all year round.
We keep maintenance costs competitive. The price of initial maintenance starts at 90 EUR, and comprehensive annual maintenance costs 149 EUR (incl. VAT 25,5%).
If you want us to assemble your e-bike for you, you can bring it to our store, and the assembly service costs 69 EUR.
