When the Shengmilo MX02S electric mountain bike arrived at the Kruunuvuorenranta test center in Helsinki, the test team fell silent. Inside the cardboard box was revealed a sturdy, modern and dangerously powerful looking fat bike. The 1000 watt Bafang motor, 26-inch thick tires and full suspension frame had even our most experienced test riders on their toes – and for good reason.
The first ride was like waking up from a dream: a silent force that pushed through asphalt, sand and paving. The Shengmilo MX02S electric mountain bike did not ask permission. It took over the street and forced the viewer to stop. In the city it advanced like an electric panther, in the forest like an armored vehicle and uphill like an elevator without cables.
The Shengmilo MX02S electric mountain bike proved on the streets of Kruunuvuorenranta that a mountain bike can also be a perfect city warrior. Its motor responded to pedaling like a thought, and the suspension softened every bump and crosswalk. This is no ordinary city bike – this is an electric status that will make even pedestrians smile.
When the test team headed out onto the forest trails, the Shengmilo MX02S electric mountain bike was at its best. Roots, gravel, sand, hills – nothing stopped it. The full suspension combined with the wide 4-inch tires provided a smooth and confident ride. Where others jerked and bounced, the MX02S glided – powerfully, but in a controlled manner.
The test team cycled the bike up the steepest climbs of Kruunuvuori. One test rider, who normally avoids hills like cats avoid puddles, said: “This is like an electric elevator.” The 1000-watt motor and 80 Newton meters of torque meant that pedaling was mostly an optional extra – not a necessity.

When you buy an electric bike from us, you can be confident that everything has been made as easy as possible for you. Our electric bikes are 90% pre-assembled, which means you don't have to worry about complicated assembly steps. For the final assembly, you will receive all the necessary tools and clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure that your electric bike is ready to ride in just around 30 minutes.
However, if you need help at any stage, we’re here to help. You can contact us at any time, and we offer free video tutorials via WhatsApp to help you get started. If you still don’t want to assemble your e-bike yourself, you can also bring it to our store and we’ll assemble it for you – this service is also designed to keep the process easy and hassle-free.
The first maintenance should be done after about a month of riding or after the e-bike has been ridden for 100-300 kilometers. This initial maintenance includes a complete washing of the e-bike, a comprehensive check of the electrical components, brake and gear adjustments, spoke tightening, chain oiling, and a general condition check. This maintenance ensures that your e-bike is in top condition and ready for safe riding.
Annual maintenance includes even more comprehensive procedures: battery testing, drivetrain cleaning, tire inflation and replacement, chain oiling, and checks and updates to all electrical systems. We recommend annual maintenance regardless of how you use your e-bike, to keep it in top technical condition and safe all year round.
We keep maintenance costs competitive. The price of initial maintenance starts at 90 EUR, and comprehensive annual maintenance costs 149 EUR (incl. VAT 25,5%).
If you want us to assemble your e-bike for you, you can bring it to our store, and the assembly service costs 69 EUR.
