Imagine this: sähköpyörätehdas, which doesn't send just any bike for a test drive, but a work of art with tires. A bike called Koolux X9 Pro Electric Fat Bike arrived at the electric bike factories' shared test drive point in Kruunuvuorenranta, Helsinki – and before that the test team was skeptical. But not for long.
The first acceleration on the asphalt of the coastal road made the test rider gasp. The engine growled like a motorcycle – but quietly. The power came smoothly, and the 20-inch thick tires glided over the seams of sand, rocks and piers as if they were riding on a cloud. Stairs in between? No problem. Off-road, this fat bike behaved like a hiker who has traveled these paths before.
In the city, the Koolux X9 Electric Fatbike was like an SUV: smooth, controlled and powerful. The hills were not obstacles, but playgrounds. And when the day's tests ended, the team didn't hesitate for a moment: "This is it. This is the bike."

The Koolux X9 Pro Electric Fat Bike makes no compromises. It rolls smoothly on cobblestone streets, dives onto dirt roads and climbs slopes like a four-wheel drive vehicle. According to the test team, the ride was both firm and smooth. The engine's power is especially felt on uphill slopes – you only had to pedal lightly, and the bike pulled like a tractor, but without noise or vibration.
In city riding, the bike is quiet, turns nimbly and remains stable in traffic. It doesn't just ride – it glides.

The seller of an electric bike is the factory that manufactures or supplies the bike. The factory is the independent and sole seller of the electric bike store and is responsible for the product's delivery, warranty, and any possible defects.
Sähköpyörätehdas Suomi Oy is not a seller or guarantor of the electric bike. Sähköpyörätehdas offers you a separate customer service and technical system through which you can contact the factory's salesperson.

When you buy an electric bike from us, you can be confident that everything has been made as easy as possible for you. Our electric bikes are 90% pre-assembled, which means you don't have to worry about complicated assembly steps. For the final assembly, you will receive all the necessary tools and clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure that your electric bike is ready to ride in just around 30 minutes.
However, if you need help at any stage, we’re here to help. You can contact us at any time, and we offer free video tutorials via WhatsApp to help you get started. If you still don’t want to assemble your e-bike yourself, you can also bring it to our store and we’ll assemble it for you – this service is also designed to keep the process easy and hassle-free.
The first maintenance should be done after about a month of riding or after the e-bike has been ridden for 100-300 kilometers. This initial maintenance includes a complete washing of the e-bike, a comprehensive check of the electrical components, brake and gear adjustments, spoke tightening, chain oiling, and a general condition check. This maintenance ensures that your e-bike is in top condition and ready for safe riding.
Annual maintenance includes even more comprehensive procedures: battery testing, drivetrain cleaning, tire inflation and replacement, chain oiling, and checks and updates to all electrical systems. We recommend annual maintenance regardless of how you use your e-bike, to keep it in top technical condition and safe all year round.
We keep maintenance costs competitive. The price of initial maintenance starts at 90 EUR, and comprehensive annual maintenance costs 149 EUR (incl. VAT 25,5%).
If you want us to assemble your e-bike for you, you can bring it to our store, and the assembly service costs 69 EUR.
