When the Koolux BK6S PRO folding electric bike was delivered to the European electric bike manufacturers’ shared test drive point in Kruunuvuorenranta, Helsinki, the test team didn’t know what to expect. But when the first test rider stepped on the gas, the 750-watt motor roared like an electric beast and the bike shot up the dirt road at such a speed that the test papers were forgotten and only one thought remained:
“Wow, what an electric bike, I want that!”
The test drive was no longer a test drive. It was an experience. The terrain turned into a track, the asphalt into a silk road, and the hills into challenges that the Koolux BK6S PRO devoured for breakfast.
The Koolux BK6S PRO folding electric bike was anything but cautious during the test ride. It moved smoothly along the streets and pedestrian crossings in Helsinki, but when the route took us to the forest trails of Kruunuvuorenranta, the game changed. The 20-inch thick tires bit into sand and roots like a fox into a bag of candy, and the 750 W motor accelerated the rider up steep climbs without breaking a sweat.
The bike covered up to 150 kilometers on a single charge, and it was done in one sitting – thanks to the powerful dual battery. The foldable frame made it easy to pack in the car and take it on a trip to the cottage or to the basement of an apartment building.

The seller of an electric bike is the factory that manufactures or supplies the bike. The factory is the independent and sole seller of the electric bike store and is responsible for the product's delivery, warranty, and any possible defects.
Sähköpyörätehdas Suomi Oy is not a seller or guarantor of the electric bike. Sähköpyörätehdas offers you a separate customer service and technical system through which you can contact the factory's salesperson.

When you buy an electric bike from us, you can be confident that everything has been made as easy as possible for you. Our electric bikes are 90% pre-assembled, which means you don't have to worry about complicated assembly steps. For the final assembly, you will receive all the necessary tools and clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure that your electric bike is ready to ride in just around 30 minutes.
However, if you need help at any stage, we’re here to help. You can contact us at any time, and we offer free video tutorials via WhatsApp to help you get started. If you still don’t want to assemble your e-bike yourself, you can also bring it to our store and we’ll assemble it for you – this service is also designed to keep the process easy and hassle-free.
The first maintenance should be done after about a month of riding or after the e-bike has been ridden for 100-300 kilometers. This initial maintenance includes a complete washing of the e-bike, a comprehensive check of the electrical components, brake and gear adjustments, spoke tightening, chain oiling, and a general condition check. This maintenance ensures that your e-bike is in top condition and ready for safe riding.
Annual maintenance includes even more comprehensive procedures: battery testing, drivetrain cleaning, tire inflation and replacement, chain oiling, and checks and updates to all electrical systems. We recommend annual maintenance regardless of how you use your e-bike, to keep it in top technical condition and safe all year round.
We keep maintenance costs competitive. The price of initial maintenance starts at 90 EUR, and comprehensive annual maintenance costs 149 EUR (incl. VAT 25,5%).
If you want us to assemble your e-bike for you, you can bring it to our store, and the assembly service costs 69 EUR.
