Imagine for a moment: the sun is setting behind the forest, the air smells of fir and the damp gravel crunches under your tires. The ENGWE M20 electric fat bike 750W growls beneath you, ready to attack the terrain ahead – and it doesn’t ask for permission. It demands to be ridden.
In mid-July, the Electric Bike Factory team decided to find out if this ENGWE M20 electric fatbike was just a stylish city-filler or really ready for real action. The answer came quickly – on the first steep rock. The 750W motor tore us into motion like a moped, but in a controlled manner. The ride was smooth, stable and – most importantly – fun.
We took the ENGWE M20 electric fat bike over rocks, over roots, and finally along winding forest roads around a lake. The 20 x 4.0” wide tires bit the ground like an animal, and the 55 Nm of torque carried us up even 15-degree inclines without hesitation. Standing up was a pure pleasure.
And when the limiter was turned off? The Kapistus would shoot up to 45 km/h like a space rocket. It doesn't just go – it flies. The hand throttle makes cruising effortless, like riding a quiet electric moped – but without the fuel or noise.
The 48V 13Ah lithium battery surprised everyone. One full charge and in PAS mode we were able to complete a 70 km ride. The battery also charged quickly, so you can already plan your next trip during the break.
The LCD display tells you everything you need to know: speed, battery status, distance – all at a glance. The Shimano 7-speed system shifts smoothly, and the 160 mm disc brakes stop quickly and confidently on any terrain. The LED front light ensures visibility even in the dark forest.

The seller of an electric bike is the factory that manufactures or supplies the bike. The factory is the independent and sole seller of the electric bike store and is responsible for the product's delivery, warranty, and any possible defects.

When you buy an electric bike from us, you can be confident that everything has been made as easy as possible for you. Our electric bikes are 90% pre-assembled, which means you don't have to worry about complicated assembly steps. For the final assembly, you will receive all the necessary tools and clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure that your electric bike is ready to ride in just around 30 minutes.
However, if you need help at any stage, we’re here to help. You can contact us at any time, and we offer free video tutorials via WhatsApp to help you get started. If you still don’t want to assemble your e-bike yourself, you can also bring it to our store and we’ll assemble it for you – this service is also designed to keep the process easy and hassle-free.
The first maintenance should be done after about a month of riding or after the e-bike has been ridden for 100-300 kilometers. This initial maintenance includes a complete washing of the e-bike, a comprehensive check of the electrical components, brake and gear adjustments, spoke tightening, chain oiling, and a general condition check. This maintenance ensures that your e-bike is in top condition and ready for safe riding.
Annual maintenance includes even more comprehensive procedures: battery testing, drivetrain cleaning, tire inflation and replacement, chain oiling, and checks and updates to all electrical systems. We recommend annual maintenance regardless of how you use your e-bike, to keep it in top technical condition and safe all year round.
We keep maintenance costs competitive. The price of initial maintenance starts at 90 EUR, and comprehensive annual maintenance costs 149 EUR (incl. VAT 25,5%).
