When the CMACEWHEEL Y20 arrived at Kruunuvuorenranta in Helsinki, the atmosphere was like waiting for a supercar to take to the starting line. The bike was pulled out of the box, and at first glance, its sturdy aluminum frame, 20×4 inch fat tires, and folding mechanism promised power and versatility.
The first few meters on the asphalt said it all: the 500-watt motor came to life and accelerated smoothly but purposefully. The hills of Kruunuvuori were not an obstacle, but a stage – the Y20 climbed even the steep slopes lightly, as if an electric wind had helped the journey.
When the route turned towards forest paths, the CMACEWHEEL Y20 showed its true character. The fat tires gripped sand, gravel and roots, the suspension absorbed the bumps, and the ride became smooth and enjoyable. In the city, it was just as smooth: the powerful disc brakes stopped precisely, and the foldable frame made transfers effortless – whether it was the subway, the bus or the trunk of a car.

The CMACEWHEEL Y20 is perfect for commuting, shopping trips and everyday riding. It's agile, fast and easy to carry. When the road turns to trails, its fat tires and suspension make off-road riding smooth and confident.
The Y20 weighs around 30kg, but its aluminium frame is foldable and durable. The bike can carry up to 150kg and is well suited for most adults. The recommended rider height is 165-200cm, so it offers a comfortable riding position for riders of all sizes.

When you buy an electric bike from us, you can be confident that everything has been made as easy as possible for you. Our electric bikes are 90% pre-assembled, which means you don't have to worry about complicated assembly steps. For the final assembly, you will receive all the necessary tools and clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure that your electric bike is ready to ride in just around 30 minutes.
However, if you need help at any stage, we’re here to help. You can contact us at any time, and we offer free video tutorials via WhatsApp to help you get started. If you still don’t want to assemble your e-bike yourself, you can also bring it to our store and we’ll assemble it for you – this service is also designed to keep the process easy and hassle-free.
The first maintenance should be done after about a month of riding or after the e-bike has been ridden for 100-300 kilometers. This initial maintenance includes a complete washing of the e-bike, a comprehensive check of the electrical components, brake and gear adjustments, spoke tightening, chain oiling, and a general condition check. This maintenance ensures that your e-bike is in top condition and ready for safe riding.
Annual maintenance includes even more comprehensive procedures: battery testing, drivetrain cleaning, tire inflation and replacement, chain oiling, and checks and updates to all electrical systems. We recommend annual maintenance regardless of how you use your e-bike, to keep it in top technical condition and safe all year round.
We keep maintenance costs competitive. The price of initial maintenance starts at 90 EUR, and comprehensive annual maintenance costs 149 EUR (incl. VAT 25,5%).
If you want us to assemble your e-bike for you, you can bring it to our store, and the assembly service costs 69 EUR.
