When the CMACEWHEEL RX20-MAX arrived at the test drive point shared by electric bike manufacturers in Kruunuvuorenranta, Helsinki, the atmosphere was electric. The test team opened the box, and in front of them stood a sturdy folding electric fat bike – massive fat tires, a sturdy frame and the promise of a dual motor. In an instant, we knew that this bike was no ordinary ride.
The first kilometers were driven on smooth asphalt. The 2 × 750 watt motors came to life and provided powerful but controlled acceleration. The RX20-MAX traveled the city streets agilely, steered precisely and stopped with pinpoint accuracy using the powerful disc brakes. The folding frame made it easy to transport – the bike slipped into the subway, bus or car trunk without any problems.
The steep hills of Kruunuvuorenranta were the perfect test. The RX20-MAX climbed them effortlessly with the power of the dual motors. Every climb felt easy, and the rider could focus on the scenery and not the heaviness of pedaling. This bike is not afraid of hills.
When the road turned to gravel and the terrain beckoned, the RX20-MAX showed its true strength. The wide 20×4-inch tires bit into the ground and held their grip on sand, gravel, and roots. The front and rear suspension softened the ride for a smooth ride, and the rider could enjoy every trail without compromise.
The aluminum frame is durable, but the folding mechanism makes the RX20-MAX easy to transport and store. The bike weighs about 30-33 kilograms, but it can carry up to 150 kilograms. The recommended rider height is 170-200 cm, so it is suitable for a wide range of riders.

The seller of an electric bike is the factory that manufactures or supplies the bike. The factory is the independent and sole seller of the electric bike store and is responsible for the product's delivery, warranty, and any possible defects.

When you buy an electric bike from us, you can be confident that everything has been made as easy as possible for you. Our electric bikes are 90% pre-assembled, which means you don't have to worry about complicated assembly steps. For the final assembly, you will receive all the necessary tools and clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure that your electric bike is ready to ride in just around 30 minutes.
However, if you need help at any stage, we’re here to help. You can contact us at any time, and we offer free video tutorials via WhatsApp to help you get started. If you still don’t want to assemble your e-bike yourself, you can also bring it to our store and we’ll assemble it for you – this service is also designed to keep the process easy and hassle-free.
The first maintenance should be done after about a month of riding or after the e-bike has been ridden for 100-300 kilometers. This initial maintenance includes a complete washing of the e-bike, a comprehensive check of the electrical components, brake and gear adjustments, spoke tightening, chain oiling, and a general condition check. This maintenance ensures that your e-bike is in top condition and ready for safe riding.
Annual maintenance includes even more comprehensive procedures: battery testing, drivetrain cleaning, tire inflation and replacement, chain oiling, and checks and updates to all electrical systems. We recommend annual maintenance regardless of how you use your e-bike, to keep it in top technical condition and safe all year round.
We keep maintenance costs competitive. The price of initial maintenance starts at 90 EUR, and comprehensive annual maintenance costs 149 EUR (incl. VAT 25,5%).
If you want us to assemble your e-bike for you, you can bring it to our store, and the assembly service costs 69 EUR.
