shipping costs

All deliveries in the Electric Bicycle Factory online store are always free. Delivery costs are included in the product price, and the customer does not have to pay for delivery separately. This applies to all products purchased from our online store.

shipping Method

The products are delivered directly from electric bike factories located in the EU , with which we have made a cooperation agreement. The factories deliver the ordered electric bikes directly to the address provided by the customer without intermediaries. The electric bike factory's online store does not deliver the products itself, but the manufacturers handle the delivery from start to finish.

Delivery time

The average delivery time is 4-15 business days , starting from the time the manufacturer has received payment and processed the order. The processing time is typically 1-2 business days . When the order is ready to be shipped, the customer will receive a tracking code from the manufacturer via text message and email so that the order can be followed in real time.

The shipping company will contact you when the delivery arrives in Finland.

Once your order has arrived in Finland, the selected shipping company will contact you to arrange a delivery date . You can arrange the delivery date and time yourself when the e-bike will be delivered to your door.

Tracking

You will always receive a tracking link for your order, which allows you to monitor the status of your shipment. The tracking code will be provided to you by the manufacturer via text message and email as soon as your order has been shipped.
